Responsibilities
- Support the main Oracle HCM Lead Consultant in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support activities across modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, configuration decisions, meeting notes, and action items under the guidance of the HCM Lead Consultant.
- Support module configuration activities by preparing setup templates, maintaining configuration trackers, validating system settings, and performing basic configuration updates as directed.
- Assist with data migration activities, including preparing data templates, validating data quality, supporting cleansing activities, and reconciling loaded data in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Prepare, execute, and document test scripts for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and other project testing cycles.
- Log, track, investigate, and follow up on defects, issues, service requests, and user queries, escalating complex items to the HCM Lead Consultant or technical teams where required.
- Support reporting and validation activities using available Oracle HCM Cloud tools and standard reports, including basic checks on employee, assignment, organisation, and module-specific data.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, user guides, training materials, configuration workbooks, test evidence, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Assist in user training, workshop preparation, demonstrations, and change management activities by preparing materials and supporting follow-up actions.
- Provide go-live, cutover, and post-implementation support, including issue triage, data checks, hypercare support, and coordination with business users and project teams.
- Work collaboratively with functional consultants, technical teams, client stakeholders, and cross-border project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Essential Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, HR systems, or HCM transformation projects.
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, or training activities.
- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Experience preparing test scripts and supporting SIT/UAT activities.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and migration templates.
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Reports is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to at least one Oracle Fusion HCM implementation project.
- Experience supporting user training and change management activities.
- Exposure to go-live and hypercare support activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
