Job Description

Role Summary:

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
  • Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback

  • Integration Oversight: Owns end-to-end integration validation and troubleshooting
  • QA Governance: Owns QA cycles; sets standards and review discipline
  • Project Reporting: Owns project reporting and drives transparency across stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated people management and team development capability
  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (required)
