Role Summary:
Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
- Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated people management and team development capability
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (required)
