You will be joining our Oracle Consulting SEA team, a regional practice delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across Southeast Asia.
As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help clients modernise Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Tax functions, unlock greater value from their Oracle investments, and successfully deliver complex cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support Oracle EAM and Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and issue resolution activities.
- Gather and document business requirements and support fit-gap analysis.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing, and support user sign-offs.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work closely with business users and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
Associate (1–3 Years)
- 1–3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier, or related enterprise applications.
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Asset Management, Maintenance, or Project Controls processes.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create documentation and support end users.
Senior Associate (3–6 Years)
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier
Experience with:
- Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier
- Primavera Unifier (preferred)
- Understanding of:
- Asset Management
- Preventive Maintenance
- Work Orders
- Resource Planning
- Project Scheduling
- Cost and Progress Tracking
- Experience supporting at least one end-to-end implementation or support engagement.
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and supporting user training.
- Experience in testing, issue management, and system support activities.
- Ability to independently manage assigned workstreams and client interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data migration, data conversion, and reconciliation activities.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Projects, or Finance.
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud EAM or Primavera Cloud solutions.
- Experience supporting go-live and hypercare activities.
