You'll be joining our Oracle Consulting SEA team, a regional practice delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Tax and Revenue Management (RM) implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and document business requirements and support fit-gap analysis activities.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Revenue Management cloud setup
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Tax setups in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Support tax calculation, reporting, compliance, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Track defects and coordinate issue resolution with business users and technical teams.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Work closely with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to support operational needs.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Tax, Finance Systems, or Tax Transformation projects.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Tax implementations, enhancements
- Experience supporting Oracle Revenue Management cloud implementation
- Good understanding of: Oracle Revenue Management Cloud, Oracle Fusion Tax, Tax Configuration and Indirect Tax Processes (VAT/GST/Sales Tax)
- Tax Compliance and Controls
- Experience in business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience creating: Test Scripts, Process Documents, User Guides, Training Materials and Requirement Documents
- Experience working with finance and tax stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage assigned workstreams and client interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CM)
- Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Smart View.
- Experience supporting tax data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and go-live support.
- Understanding of regional tax regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
