Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Specialist to support and enhance Oracle Supply Chain applications within a healthcare service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, process improvement, and supporting supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and order management.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the Oracle Supply Chain system supports business needs and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve supply chain processes and system functionality.
- Provide functional support and issue resolution for Oracle SCM users.
- Participate in system testing, implementation, and upgrades.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Ensure system compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 37 years of experience working with Oracle Supply Chain applications.
- Experience with Oracle modules such as:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing
- Order Management
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and user support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
- Experience working in ERP implementation or support environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Knowledge of system integration and data migration.
- Experience working in Agile or project implementation environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
