This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including customer order management and supply coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Description
- Manage order processing and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end order lifecycle
- Maintain accurate master data and collaborate across functions to support business operations
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status, product availability, and delivery updates
- Monitor supply and demand, including placing replenishment orders and tracking delivery schedules
- Support billing, credit management, and accounts receivable follow-ups
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide reporting on order trends and support sales teams with customer insights
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fresh grad are welcomed to apply. Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or related functions within an international environment
- Proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2) and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle/Concur) is an added advantage
- Understanding of order-to-cash processes is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
