Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and order status
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and product information in internal systems
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
- Track orders and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain proper documentation records
- Support payment follow-up and coordinate shipment arrangements for local and export orders
- Assist in handling customer claims and service-related matters
- Generate reports and support sales and operational activities as required
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
