Job Description
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams regarding order status and updates.
- Resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies and complaints, in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions in the system.
- Coordinate with the accounting and finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline the order management process.
- Utilize language proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order process.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Order Management Professional Should Have
- Fluency in either Japanese, Korean, Italian, Polish, Spanish, or German, along with proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting or finance processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using order management or ERP systems is an advantage.
