Your new role
- Manage end-to-end order processing & project coordination in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in pricing, materials, and documentation.
- Act as the primary customer contact for order status, delivery timelines, and shipment details.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Engineering, QA, Finance, Warehouse) for smooth execution.
- Convert quotations into orders and maintain CRM updates.
- Monitor project milestones, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, delivery schedules, and progress reports.
- Drive process improvements and support resource planning for successful installations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have experience handling heavy industrial equipment, machinery or other similar backgrounds.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage both operational and project-based tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills, multitask, and manage high-volume workloads with accuracy.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations.
