About the Job

This role exists to drive organisational effectiveness and transformation by leading key Organisational Development (OD) initiatives that strengthen our performance culture and improve employee experience. Operating as an internal Human Capital project manager and advisor, the role works across business units to translate people strategy into practical solutions, aligning organisational design and people initiatives with our business goals. It requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities to turn business needs into scalable organisational improvements, enhancing performance culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

  • Design and execute initiatives that deliver tangible business impact (e.g. improved engagement, capability uplift, and operational efficiency), in line with OD & transformation priorities.
  • Partner with other functional areas of Human Capital team to support organisation change initiatives, develop management plans, communication plan and materials to deliver results, monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of organisation development and change interventions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HCBPs by leveraging data-driven insights to advise on organisational design and workforce planning. Challenge the status quo and ensure structures, roles, and capabilities are aligned with current and future business strategies.
  • Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Partner with process owner, continuously enhance core HC processes and frameworks (e.g. performance management, career pathways) to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with Group standards and regulatory requirements, while driving clarity in roles and sustainable performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to drive digitalisation, automation, and adoption of data and AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned, aligned with business needs, and proactively contribute to People & Culture team objectives (e.g. cross-team projects, ad-hoc transformation initiatives).

We are looking for people with

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Organisational Development, HR strategy, project management, and/ or process improvement.
  • Proven experience in project management from planning to execution with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g. Oracle iHR/ HCM platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g. Visio) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across all organisational levels.
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent, building strong relationships and driving adoption of new initiatives.
  • Growth mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement mindset, operational excellence, and digitalisation, including openness to leveraging data and AI-driven tools.
