Location: Petaling Jaya Tenure: Permanent role Salary : Basic + Fixed allowance Organizational Development Manager An Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for improving an organization's effectiveness by developing its people, culture, leadership, and processes. The role focuses on helping the business achieve its strategic goals through organizational change and employee development. Responsibilities: . Organizational Architecture: Redesigning corporate reporting structures and standardizing roleclarity. . Career Architecture: Building competency frameworks, job evaluation systems andpay/remuneration structures. . Change Management: Helping local workforces transition smoothly during digital transformationsor corporate restructure. Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management or a related discipline.. 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in organizational development.. Negotiation & Influence: Strong dispute resolution skills with the ability to maintain composureunder pressure. . Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draftlegally sound correspondence. . Analytical Thinking: Sharp objective assessment skills to investigate cases and evaluate risksthoroughly. Other Information . Malaysian candidate only.. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm..
