Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthopedic Sales Representative based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, introducing and promoting orthopedic solutions to surgeons and hospitals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves developing strategic sales plans, providing product demonstrations and training, and staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience in product demonstrations and building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the orthopedic or medical device industry is preferred, with an ability to understand and communicate technical product details confidently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Flexibility to travel locally for client visits and product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
