Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our industrial control systems and networks. This role is essential for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of our production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, a deep understanding of OT security, and experience with various control systems and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain industrial control systems (ICS), including SCADA, PLCs, and DCS platforms.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and patching to ensure the stability and security of OT networks.
• Monitor OT infrastructure for performance issues, security threats, and operational anomalies.
• Collaborate with production and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems.
• Implement and enforce security policies and best practices within the OT environment.
• Participate in the design and commissioning of new industrial automation projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with industrial control systems and networks in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with common industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and OPC.
• Knowledge of OT security principles and frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI/SCADA system configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
