Role Description

We're looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of sales or account management experience to take on a more strategic role while continuing to develop their skills in a supportive environment. In this position, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurture existing client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth within your accounts assigned. You'll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, combining consultative selling with genuine relationship-building to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client calls to understand evolving business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and successful client onboarding.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize retention and growth.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build genuine relationships and close deals consistently
  • Strong communication skills and comfort having consultative conversations with clients
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Genuine interest in solving client problems, not just hitting targets
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
