About The Role
As a Mandarin-speaking Outdoor Sales Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will drive sales growth through outdoor client engagement, including prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and deal closing.
What you'll be doing
Actively identify and develop new clients through outdoor sales activities

Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients
与客户进行面对面拜访及产品介绍
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
了解客户需求并提供合适解决方案
Negotiate with clients and close deals
与客户谈判并促成成交
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
维护客户关系并促进长期合作
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
达成销售目标并推动团队业绩
What we're looking for
Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
精通中文(口语与书写)
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field
学历要求拥有市场营销、国际商务或相关领域的文凭/学位
Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or field sales within a relevant industry
至少3年线下销售、B2B销售或相关行业的销售经验
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to deliver excellent sales service
具备良好的沟通、谈判及成交能力,并能提供优质销售服务
Proactive, resilient, and results-driven with a strong target-oriented mindset
积极主动,具备抗压能力,目标及结果导向思维
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new industries and product knowledge
