Description

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales & Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. The position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and is motivated by achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
• Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
• Participate in exhibition, conferences, and other sales & marketing events to promote company products and services
• Achieve individual and department KPI to align with organization KPI
• Completed any ad-hoc task assigned by Head of Department, General Manager, Managing Director
• Job scope change from time to time according to company requirement

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in outdoor sales and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay language
• Prefer Mandarin speaker
