Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations & Leadership
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the total daily operations of the outlet, ensuring every aspect meets Santan's gold standards for speed and quality.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the Assistant Manager and Crew. You are responsible for building a high-performing team and grooming the next generation of leaders.
- Master Scheduling: Oversee and approve team schedules, ensuring they are fair, optimized for peak periods, and strictly compliant with the Labor Act.
- High-Level Inventory: Accountable for total inventory integrity, ensuring perfect stock levels through accurate forecasting and proactive waste management.
2. Financial Management (P&L)
- P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the outlet's Profit and Loss. You must analyze financial reports and take decisive action to manage costs and maximize profitability.
- Cost Control: Manage labor costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and operational expenses without compromising on quality or safety.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to drive sales, improve guest retention, and achieve monthly business targets.
3. Quality, Safety & Brand Integrity
- Audit Readiness: Ensure the outlet is always audit-ready, maintaining the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
- Brand Ambassador: Lead by example as the face of the brand, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Santan's commitment to premium hospitality.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of escalation for operational challenges, resolving issues quickly and effectively under high-pressure situations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in F&B management is a star point. We value leaders who have a track record of managing teams and hitting financial targets.
- Hospitality Background: Fresh graduates with a strong hospitality background and exceptional leadership potential are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of P&L management, labor laws, and inventory software.
- Mindset: Must possess a willing to learn attitude and a beginner mindset-always looking to improve despite your experience level. Must be exceptionally resilient under pressure.
- Health Prerequisites: Must have completed the Typhoid Jab prior to your start date.
- Food Handler Training (FHT): Must possess FHT certification or be willing to complete it within the first month.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
