We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring their experience with us is exceptional from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and Welcoming Customers: As the face of the salon, you will warmly welcome customers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. You'll also address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Scheduling Appointments: You will efficiently manage the appointment schedule to ensure smooth and timely service for all customers.
- Upselling Services, Products & Packages: You will actively promote additional services, products, and packages, such as hair treatments or styling products, to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Ensuring Excellent Service: You'll work closely with our stylists to ensure customers receive top-quality service that meets their needs, monitoring performance and ensuring satisfaction.
- Resolving Customer Complaints: Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally will be a key part of your role, aiming to provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Managing Phone and WhatsApp Inquiries: You will handle customer communications via phone and WhatsApp, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Sales Reporting: You may be required to track and report on sales data, helping the team identify areas for improvement and contributing to revenue growth.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: You will ensure the salon remains clean, well-stocked, and inviting. This includes overseeing supplies and cleanliness in the salon, restrooms, and common areas.
- Morning Briefings with Stylists: You will lead daily morning briefings with the team to review the day's schedule, client notes, and update them on new products or promotions.
- Ensuring Compliance with CocoDry SOP and Handbook: You will train and monitor stylists to ensure adherence to the salon's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and handbook.
- Maintaining Equipment: You will be responsible for the upkeep of salon equipment, ensuring dryers, stylers, and other tools are in good condition and arranging for maintenance as needed.
- Managing Inventory: You will oversee inventory levels, ensuring that the salon is fully stocked with all necessary products and supplies. This includes monthly grocery purchases and restocking as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or outlet manager in Retail / Salon is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
