Outlet Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role located in Damansara for an Outlet Manager at Jungle Gym. The Outlet Manager will be the driving force behind the facility's daily operations, ensuring the fun is matched by flawless execution.

You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, maintaining rigorous safety and cleanliness standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for both children and parents. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, monitoring inventory and facility upkeep, and handling guest inquiries with a focus on premium customer service. The role also requires a strategic mindset to drive sales targets and host successful events, such as birthday parties and school trips.

• Customer Satisfaction & Service: Proven ability to manage a family-oriented environment while ensuring a high-quality, hospitable guest experience.
• People Management: Strong leadership skills to inspire, train, and manage a diverse team of floor staff and frontline crew.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and professional guest interaction.
• Operational Excellence: Expertise in inventory management and facility maintenance to ensure the outlet runs efficiently and safely.
• Problem Solving: The ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or family entertainment centers (FEC) is highly preferred.
• Location: Ability to work on-site at Hextar World, Damansara, including weekends and public holidays.
