Job Description

Job Responsibility

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our computer shop. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and staff management.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage inventory.
  • Plan and execute promotions and marketing activities.
  • Prepare and manage the branch budget.
  • Provide training and development for staff.
  • Maintain store appearance and safety compliance.



Store Operations

  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee all daily activities of the computer shop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained and address any customer issues or complaints.

Sales and Marketing

  • Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales goals and targets for the branch.
  • Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure that all staff are well-trained on the features and benefits of the products.

Inventory Management

  • Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, order new stock, and manage stock rotation to minimize losses.
  • Supplier Relations: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms.

Financial Management

  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the branch budget, including expenses and revenue.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, and inventory reports.

Staff Development

  • Training: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

Store Maintenance

  • Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the computer industry.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Proven sales acumen and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of computer products.
  • Ability to manage budgets and generate financial reports.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
