Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outlet Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations and ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower deployment
- Monitor sales performance and support sales growth initiatives
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards
- Train, guide, and support team members for service excellence
