We work with airlines, OTAs, consolidators, and travel agencies to help them expand inventory, improve distribution efficiency, and increase revenue. Our platform supports fast integration, real-time booking, and reliable technical and commercial support.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Business Development Manager with a strong background in airline partnerships, OTA collaborations, and travel distribution networks.

This role focuses on expanding global airline resources, negotiating commercial terms, and building strategic distribution partnerships that can be executed .

You will serve as a key bridge between our company, airlines, OTAs, consolidators, and B2B travel partnersdriving growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1.Airline Partnerships

Develop and expand strategic relationships with international FSC/LCC airlines.

Negotiate commercial agreements (fare policies, commissions, PLB, incentives, distribution models).

Manage integration processes such as API / NDC / GDS connectivity.

Drive joint marketing, route promotion, and market entry strategies with airline partners.

2.OTA & Online Travel Partners

Build collaborations with global and regional OTA platforms

Promote distribution of our flight & rail products through OTA channels.

Co-develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and traffic-growth initiatives.

3.Trade & B2B Network Expansion

Develop partnerships with travel agencies, consolidators, B2B platforms, corporate travel partners, MICE agents, etc.

Coordinate backend commercial discussions, PLB models, and performance-based incentives.

Identify high-value partners and convert opportunities into revenue growth.

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in GDS, OTA, consolidator, or travel distribution industry.

Hands-on experience in negotiating with airline or OTA partners.

Ability to bring landing resources

Strong commercial negotiation, communication, and partnership-building skills.

  • English proficiency for business communication.
