This rols is a center leader role, who shall have domain expertise in Order to Cash, experices in PTP and RTR a plus.
Job Description:
- Operations Management: overseeing the entire lifecycle of OTC process, managing AR and overdue payments, resolving customer queries regarding bills or credits, ensure the team hits targets for accuracy, processing time, and collection rates. Design leading operational metrics, establish effective operating rigor to drive operational and process excellence.
- End to end Process ownership and enhancement:identify bottlenecks in processes, develop and use AI and other technology tools to automate process and workflows, enhance service delivery quality and efficiency. Continously look for opportunities to create deeper value and insights for businesses.
- Risks and Controls setup:strong sence of internal control and compliance, ability to identify risks and build up controls around risks systematically, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations (SOX compliance, Tax laws).
- Project Management:initiate business enhancement and operation transformation projects, and ensure key milestones and deliverables on track, and key stakehodlers aligned.
- Team set up and management: 0-1 set up and leading of global teams of specialists, organization design. Build an innovative, open-minded and strong-excecution global team.
- Stakeholder management:act as the bridge between the HQ Finance team and various business units, aross-functional Liaison.
Job Requirements:
- Finance Expertise:
- Major in Finance or related fields, bachelor's degree or above, with 10+ years of experience in finance roles (ideally to be in FSSC); certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
- Process Orientation & Standardization, comfortable working within strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with a mindset geared towards continuous improvementidentifying bottlenecks in the workflow and suggesting optimization.
- Risk mindset, understand how to mitigate risks and build sound controls.
- ERP & IT Proficiency:
- Mastery of major ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or equivalents is essential.
- Solid understanding or experiences in using AI or tools like Power BI to support digital transformation.
- Leadership and Soft Skills:
- Experience in leading large-scale teams in global enterprises and proven ability to solve complex problems. Experiences of leading key projects, such as business digitalization, and 0-1 initiatives.
- Good cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability in setting up mechanism.
- English as a working language, overseas education or working experience preferred.
