Mills Recruitment is partnering with a global warehouse automation and smart logistics technology company from China, to recruit an Overseas Sales Executive (Southeast Asia).

The company specialises in intelligent warehousing solutions, autonomous pallet robots, and warehouse management systems that help businesses improve efficiency, storage capacity, and operational performance across multiple industries.

Basic salary + Attractive commission based on sales performance and profit earned

What You Will

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets aligned with company growth objective
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships across Southeast Asia
  • Understand customer needs and prepare tailored product solutions and proposal
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, contract negotiations, project follow-up, and payment collection
  • Continuously strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities to drive long-term success

Preferred Qualification

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Logistics, or a related engineering discipline
  • Experience or strong interest in technical or solution-based sale
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients across Southeast Asia
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment
