Description
- Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitor and maintain vendor accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making within the accounting & finance department.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards in the FMCG industry.
