Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop reusable UI components and ensure consistent UX across platforms
• Integrate RESTful APIs with backend services
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and build automation (e.g., Jenkins)
• Manage deployments and version control using tools like ClearCase, Rocket Aldon
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and speed
• Troubleshoot front-end and integration issues across environments
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices
• Collaborate in Agile teams and ceremonies

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years in front-end / web development
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js
• JavaScript
• HTML & CSS
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications
• Solid understanding of:
• Web architecture
• REST API integration
• Exposure to Unix environments (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)
• Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience working in Agile environments
