This prestigious packaging company is currently looking out for a new Head of Sales to be based in their headquarters in the Klang Valley.
Your new role
- Responsible for the development of a strategic plan to achieve business objectives, drive profit and champion customer experience of operations in Malaysia.
- Grow new and successfully manage existing business opportunities in core market segments that contribute to the growth of the company's business and profitability.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, emphasising innovation and value to customers.
- Lead pricing discussions and support demand planning to enhance sales efficiency.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets, contributing to overall business performance.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree level preferably within the Finance & Accounting, Business Management, Sales & Marketing disciplines.
- Minimum of 15 years business development and management experience
- Preferably within the printing and packaging, especially flexible packaging/ food packaging industry. MNC experience will be a bonus.
- Professional Skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fluent in business-level English, and capable of working independently toward goals.
- Mobility & Flexibility. Willing to travel across Southeast Asia and internationally as needed for business purposes.
