Packaging Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Packaging Supervisor based in Shah Alam, with opportunities for remote work on occasion. The Packaging Supervisor will oversee daily packaging operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and lead a team to meet operational goals. Responsibilities also include managing quality control processes, supervising and training team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills, including team leadership and the ability to manage workflow
• Experience in quality control and assurance processes to uphold high standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and address team needs
• Capability to train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence
• Knowledge of food manufacturing or packaging operations is a plus
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
