In this role, you will assist in trade execution, monitor market activities, conduct market research, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior dealers in executing trades and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyse market trends to identify investment opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions and provide timely market updates.
- Ensure trades are accurately captured, documented, and confirmed with clients and counterparties.
- Prepare trade documentation and maintain proper records.
- Liaise with clients and counterparties to facilitate smooth trade execution and resolve any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client enquiries.
- Adhere to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of dealer conduct.
- Participate in training and professional development, including obtaining the CMSRL Licence (Modules 6 & 7).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and trading activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in capital markets, stockbroking, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong interest in the capital markets and securities industry.
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to obtain the CMSRL Licence (Modules 6 & 7).
