Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Executive to join our team to optimize our paid media plans to achieve maximum reach and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and maximizing the reach and impact of our social media posts.

What you will do:

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various social media platforms
  • Work with Account Managers and Project Managers to understand clients goals, target audience, and campaign objectives
  • Develop media plans to achieve client objectives

Budget Optimization

  • Monitor and adjust ad spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering maximum results
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze ad performance to optimize campaign ROI
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights

Audience Targeting

  • Utilize audience segmentation and targeting tools to reach the right demographics and interests
  • Stay updated on social media platform algorithms and changes to adapt strategies accordingly

Ad Creatives

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure appropriate content formats and sizes
  • Ensure ad creatives adhere to platform guidelines and best practices

Stay Current on Industry Trends

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies
  • Share insights and best practices with the team and clients
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years experience in managing paid media campaigns on social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their advertising tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and advertising software (e.g., TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and is detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
