We're looking for a Paid Media Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Own campaign setup including tracking, trafficking, and audience strategy.
- Work closely with Account Directors to deliver sharp insights and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution and innovative solutions.
- Manage daily performance, budgets, pacing, and optimisations.
- Produce standout reports that include actionable insights and competitor analysis.
- Be the go-to expert in media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, StackAdapt, and more.
- Support, coach, and upskill other team members.
What you'll need
- Experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- A strong track record in paid search and social, ideally across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of programmatic platforms like DV360, StackAdapt, and Adobe DSP.
- Solid understanding of digital tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Great communication skills, you'll need to be comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders and handling technical questions.
- Experience working across international markets. Bonus points if you've touched the China market.
