JOB SUMMARY :

The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Chronos Agency's paid media strategies across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels.

The Paid Media Strategist will serve as the subject matter expert when it comes to defining fully integrated paid media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Managing the company's paid media strategy which currently includes Google and Meta platforms
  • Monitor, report, and analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and recommendations based on data-driven conclusions
  • Manage all our paid media budget and advise on budget changes, both between campaigns within a paid account and across channels based on the overall return
  • Build effective audience-targeting strategies for budget optimization and to improve the quality of leads we get
  • Strategize and implement A/B experiments to test audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, etc. to hit marketing KPIs in the quickest time possible
  • Work closely with the marketing team in setting up pixels & API conversions to capture relevant data
  • Work closely with our content creators (copy and graphics) to produce well-branded, high-converting ads
  • Provide insight on how to align our landing pages to our campaigns and improve conversion

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 2 years of successful hands-on paid media management experience for a B2B company. You know the ins and outs of making things run smoothly and have applied successful tactics in a previous role
  • Google Ads certified and Meta Ads certified
  • Must have a track record of understanding conversion-driven design, and conversion copywriting to support the success of Meta and Google ads
  • Analytical Mindset. You have experience turning complex data into digestible reports, seeing the big picture, and breaking it down into an actionable plan that gets results
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders effectively and efficiently
  • Expert Time Management Skills. You know how to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Creative Problem Solver. When challenges arise, you're ready to jump in and troubleshoot with creative solutions. You enjoy tackling problems head-on and finding innovative ways to overcome them
  • Continuous Learner. You stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and marketing, always expanding your knowledge base

  • Average time spent on page
