Fabulate helps brands scale creator-led and paid social campaigns. We move fast, value clear thinking, and care about clean execution.

The Role

Hands-on media buyer to build and optimise Meta and TikTok campaigns. You'll turn briefs into clean builds, manage pacing, run tests, and report concise insights. Remote work with close collaboration with our Melbourne lead.

What You'll Do

  • Build & launch campaigns in Meta and TikTok (objectives, ad sets, budgets, placements, UTMs).
  • Own daily pacing & optimisations (bids, budgets, creative rotation, audiences).
  • Plan/run A/B tests and document learnings + next actions.
  • Maintain QA hygiene: naming, exclusions, frequency, pixel events, policy checks.
  • Provide weekly snapshots: highlights, issues, recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years hands-on in Meta Ads (incl. Advantage+ where relevant).
  • TikTok Ads experience (Spark & non-Spark) for APAC markets.
  • Strong written English.
  • Comfortable with Sheets/Excel and Notion/ClickUp.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, follows SOPs, thinks in tests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • LinkedIn Ads (Campaign Manager) exposure (lead gen forms, audiences, UTMs).
  • Google Ads (YouTube/Display) or DV360 exposure.
  • Experience coordinating UGC/creators and basic creative judgment.
  • Familiarity with AU/NZ markets and brand-safe delivery.

Availability

Contractor, 40 hrs/week.

  • 46 hours daily overlap with AEST (Melbourne).
