We are seeking a skilled OT / PAM Engineer to join our dynamic security team in ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operations of critical infrastructure systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on protecting industrial environments, implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls, and securing Operational Technology (OT) systems used across manufacturing, energy, and other vital industries.
What You'll Do:
- Configure and implement PAM systems (BeyondTrust, CyberArk) to ensure secure, compliant access to critical OT environments.
- Deploy and manage OT asset visibility solutions (e.g., Tenable.OT, Nozomi, Claroty) for continuous monitoring of critical infrastructure.
- Design and enforce least-privilege access controls to safeguard OT systems, including engineering workstations, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Work with stakeholders to design PAM workflows, perform security audits, and develop policies to govern privileged access to industrial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy OT security systems and tools, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
- Participate in incident response and forensics for OT-related security incidents.
What You Need:
- 4-7 years of experience in OT security, PAM, or related engineering fields.
- Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with OT environments (SCADA, PLCs, DCS) and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, etc.).
- Proficiency with OT asset discovery tools like Tenable.OT, Nozomi, or similar (a plus).
- Strong understanding of OT network segmentation, zero-trust models, and least-privilege principles.
- Experience with vulnerability management and risk assessments for industrial control systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with IT, OT, and third-party vendors.
