Job Title: Partner Account Operations Manager (PAOM)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Account Operations Manager to drive end-to-end partner operations, project execution, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong experience in operations management, project coordination, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering actionable insights through reporting tools and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee partner operations activities ensuring smooth execution of business processes
- Lead and support cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights using data visualization tools
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Utilize AI tools and automation practices to improve operational workflows
- Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or business analysis roles
- Strong experience in project/program management and operational execution
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for dashboards and visualization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for productivity and analysis support
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automation tools or workflow optimization
- Background in shared services, technology, telecom, e-commerce, or consulting environments
- Exposure to partner/vendor management or B2B operations
