Job Description
- - Preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance program on QCS, DCS, PLC, MCS, field instrumentation, UPS and Conveyor System - Hands-on maintenance and trouble-shooting of instrumentation and control devices; PLC; DCS; and frequency inverters - Responsible for trouble shooting in order to reduce the down time of machinery - Identify and implement preventive maintenance to avoid reoccurrence of breakdown or minimize unplanned down time - Optimize spare part requirement so that the spare parts are available whenever the need are arise with minimum inventory cost - Plan plant shut activities in order to minimize plant shut duration and labor cost - Identify and implement improvement maintenance in order to prolong the life span of equipment - Spare parts optimization, shutdown planning, 5S & TPM support - Manpower Management & Project Management - Ad-hoc assignment assigned by superior
Requirements
- - Candidate must possess at least Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering ( Mechatronic/Electromechanical) Engineering (Electronic/Instrumentation & Control) or equivalent - At least 2-3 years relevant experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in heavy industries - Fresh graduates with good attitude and initiative are welcomed to apply - Possess hands-on knowledge in maintenance / instrumentation & control and good technical knowledge in trouble shooting - Possess good inter-personal and willingness to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge - Self-motivated, able to work under tough environment and handle pressure well including on call - High commitment and responsibility needed - Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA, Sepang)
