Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

The Parts & Accessories Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating parts and accessories ordering activities across the dealer network to ensure timely availability, optimal inventory flow, and high service levels.

This role serves as a key link between dealers, warehouse, logistics providers, and internal aftersales teams to ensure smooth order processing, effective communication, and resolution of supply-related issues. The position also supports aftersales performance by monitoring key KPIs such as backorders, fill rate, and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB DESCRIPTION)

  • Coordinate dealer parts and accessories orders for all order types (stock, backorder, VOR) with sourcing regions and/or regional warehouse.
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealers on order status, availability, and supply-related enquiries.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory levels at the outsourced warehouse.
  • Monitor parts supply performance (e.g. backorder, fill rate, VOR) and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify supply gaps and drive corrective actions in collaboration with internal teams and Area Service Managers.
  • Support the launch and distribution of new aftersales products (e.g. accessories, consumables, merchandise) across the dealer network.
  • Track order progress, shipment status, and ETA to ensure alignment with dealer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and documentation related to parts ordering and supply operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in parts coordination, aftersales operations, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Experience in automotive aftersales or dealer network environment is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and parts ordering processes is preferred.
