Part Time Coding Tutor

We Are Hiring Part-Time Coding Workshop Teachers for Kids & Teens in Malaysia [Project-Based / On-site]

Workshop Locations: Melaka, Trengganu, Kedah, Perak and across Malaysia (Timedoor Academy will cover transportation & travel costs for projects outside the mentioned areas)

We are looking for energetic and passionate part-time teachers to join our coding workshop projects for kids and teens across Malaysia.

Workshops may be conducted at:

Schools

Partner locations

Events, exhibitions, or community programs

General Requirement :

For Kids Classes:

No coding background is required. Candidates with teaching experience, experience handling children, or a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

For Teens Classes:

Basic coding knowledge is preferred, especially in JavaScript, Python, or LUA. Teaching experience is not required, as training will be provided to understand our teaching methodology and workshop flow.

University students are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Conduct coding workshops for kids or teens

Guide students during hands-on project activities

Support and motivate students during class

Report workshop progress to the team

Cooperate with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations

Requirements:

Basic coding experience (especially JavaScript/Python/LUA) is preferred for Teen workshops

Teaching or childcare experience is preferred for Kids workshops

Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsible, disciplined, and passionate about education

Willing to travel for workshop projects around Malaysia

Flexible availability is preferred, especially on weekdays for school workshops and events
