Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized English lessons focused on improving speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills, with a strong emphasis on Business English.
- Teach other alternative subjects, including Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Business, and Accounting, catering to various academic levels.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student or group, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
- Teach key business communication skills, such as presentations, negotiations, report writing, and email etiquette.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students, tracking their development.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business communication, language learning, and subject-specific curricula.
- Be available to conduct physical classes, online classes.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) teaching Business English.
- Demonstrated experience teaching subjects like Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Business, or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of business terminology and professional communication.
- Ability to tailor lessons to individual or group needs, adapting to diverse learning styles and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students effectively.
- Teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work with students from different time zones (for remote positions, where applicable).
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
