We are a growing Malaysian engineering and industrial supply company specializing in warehouse racking systems, steel pallets, and industrial lubricants. As we prepare to scale, we are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Lead to help us build a structured, sustainable sales function.
This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who enjoys building systems, mentoring, and contributing strategically without a full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve our sales process and pipeline
Define target industries and sales approach
Develop sales SOPs, scripts, and KPI frameworks
Coach and guide junior sales staff
Support deal closing when required (B2B, technical sales)
Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience in B2B industrial / manufacturing sales
Prior experience leading or building a sales team
Comfortable with technical or engineering-based products
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong structure, discipline, and execution mindset
Engagement Details
Part-time / consulting / fractional role
Flexible working hours
Monthly retainer + performance-based incentive
Initial 3-month engagement, renewable based on results
