We are seeking a motivated and ready to learn individuals to join our dynamic team in KL/Selangor. The ideal candidate will have 3-13 years of experience in the service industry, with a strong passion to help malaysians achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Takaful products and services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients explaining Takaful concepts and benefits.
  • Assist clients in understanding their Takaful policy options and coverages.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide ongoing support.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to build relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of Takaful products and Islamic finance principles.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
