We are looking for a hands-on Part-Time RMA Technician to support our RMA operations. This role involves handling returned TVs and monitors, basic dismantling and testing, checking accessories, and unpacking/repacking products. A senior team member will provide guidance and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle returned TVs and monitors for RMA processing
- Dismantle TVs/monitors using basic tools
- Perform basic functional testing
- Sort and check accessories (remotes, cables, stands, etc.)
- Identify and record missing or faulty accessories
- Unpack and repack products properly
- Follow RMA SOPs and instructions from senior staff

Requirements:
- Malaysians, 18 years old and above
- Comfortable with hands-on work and using basic tools
- Basic knowledge or experience with electronics is an advantage
- Able to handle TVs/monitors carefully (physical work involved)
- Can work on weekdays, 8.30AM - 5.30PM
