Identify and assess potential partners aligned with the company's objectives and values.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business goals.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company initiatives.
Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
Be the subject matter expert in Partner programs, products, solutions, certification, and benefits to continuously engage and educate internal team to maximize business outcomes.
Engaged proactively with infernal cross function department to leverage resources, providing insights and support to drive partner success in line with company objectives.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mentality.
Proven minimum 5 years experience in partner channel development, business development, sales or a related role in the technology industry.
Excellent communication, sales and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with planning and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with technology solutions and platforms.
