As the friendly ambassador for our Sangfor MDR Service (Managed Detection and Response) global partner enablement content specialist, you'll be the architect of great relationships, decoding partner needs, and delivering stellar support to keep smiles intact. Your daily adventures include crafting training materials that even your grandma could understand, creating slides that even your neighbor's cat would find intriguing, writing presentation scripts that could pass for stand-up comedy, and attempting video wizardry that might not win Oscars but could make us the next YouTube sensation. Bonus points if you can speak more languages than a bilingual parrot to make our global buddies feel right at home. And guess what You might even get to spread your goodwill in person, jet-setting to different countries and collecting passport stamps like they're Pokmon cards. Responsibilities:

Partnership Guide:

Help our partners smoothly join the team. Show them the ropes in our training course, making sure they're comfortable providing services the way we do.

Content Creator:

Make learning easy! Create materials that explain our security services. Think of it like making a guidebook that's easy to understand and maybe even a little fun.

Training Expert:

Be the leader in training sessions, whether they're in person or online. Make sure everyone leaves knowing more than they did before.

Good with English:

Speak English well so everyone can understand. It's like being good at talking with friends you want everyone to get what you're saying without any confusion.

Problem Solver:

Be the go-to person when our partners have questions or issues. Fix things before they become big problems and make sure our partners always have a good experience.

Feedback Friend:

Ask our partners what they think about training. Use their opinions to make training even better, kind of like when you ask your friends for advice on how to improve a recipe.

Team Player:

Work with different parts of our company to make sure our training fits into our big plan. It's like making sure everyone on a sports team is playing the same game.

Requirements:

Speak Multiple Languages:

You should be able to speak both Chinese and English well. It's like being good at two languages, with a bonus if you can speak Thai.

Video Skills:

We need someone who can make videos. Imagine you're making a movie - from writing the story to editing the scenes. Oh, and don't worry about which video software to use; just tell us what you prefer.

Work with People Worldwide:

This job is like being on a team with people from different countries. So, you need to be good at English and Chinese, kind of like knowing how to use Google Translate.

Cybersecurity Know-How:

i) You should have a good grasp of the basics of cybersecurity, especially in threat detection and incident response. And you're not baffled by terms like OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK. It's like knowing the ABCs of the cybersecurity world.

ii) Having a good grip on how Managed Security Services (MSS) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) work is important, especially if you've been the creative force behind designing and developing training courses.

iii) Proven experience in roles related to customer success, account management, or comparable positions within the cybersecurity industry. Bonus points if you've danced in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) or Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.

Have Education or Experience:

You either have a degree in the right field or you've learned what you need through experience. Think of it like having a diploma or just a lot of practice.

Good with People:

You're great at talking with people and making friends. It's like being the life of the party and getting along with everyone.

Problem Solver:
