Our client is a fast-growing
technology platform in the digital commerce space, and they're looking for a
Partner Success Executive to manage and grow their partner ecosystem. This role focuses on
partner onboarding, engagement, and long-term success, while driving user adoption and platform growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with strategic partners and support ongoing engagement
- Drive partner onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
- Develop enablement materials and best practices for partners
- Support commercial activities, including demos, proposals, and partner initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner experience and performance
- Identify opportunities to grow partner contribution and usage
Requirements- 3-4 years in partnerships, account management, or customer success
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in SaaS, digital platforms, or fast-paced environments preferred
- Exposure to international/regional markets is a strong advantage
- Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable using digital/AI tools
- Self-driven and adaptable in a dynamic environment
