Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing technology platform in the digital commerce space, and they're looking for a Partner Success Executive to manage and grow their partner ecosystem. This role focuses on partner onboarding, engagement, and long-term success, while driving user adoption and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners and support ongoing engagement
  • Drive partner onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
  • Develop enablement materials and best practices for partners
  • Support commercial activities, including demos, proposals, and partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner experience and performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow partner contribution and usage

Requirements
  • 3-4 years in partnerships, account management, or customer success
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in SaaS, digital platforms, or fast-paced environments preferred
  • Exposure to international/regional markets is a strong advantage
  • Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable using digital/AI tools
  • Self-driven and adaptable in a dynamic environment
