Job Description:

Partner Onboarding & Training

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for newly appointed delivery partners nationwide.
  • Conduct virtual, and field-based training sessions covering SPX operational processes, systems, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all new partners successfully complete onboarding and demonstrate operational readiness prior to launch.
  • Facilitate onboarding workshops for partner leadership teams, supervisors, and operational personnel.

Training Content Development

  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, SOPs, user guides, assessments, and certification frameworks.
  • Translate operational processes into clear and effective learning materials.
  • Regularly update training content to reflect operational changes, new initiatives, and product enhancements.
  • Create scalable learning solutions including digital learning modules and self-service resources.

Operational Readiness & Certification

  • Assess partner readiness through knowledge checks, operational audits, and launch readiness reviews.
  • Identify capability gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure partners meet launch requirements and service standards.
  • Support partner launches and provide post-launch coaching where required.

Continuous Learning & Capability Development

  • Develop refresher training programs for existing partners and their operational teams.
  • Analyze operational performance trends and identify training opportunities.
  • Drive best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across the partner network.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Commercial, and Partner Network teams to align training priorities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for partner onboarding and operational training.
  • Support change management initiatives and operational rollouts across the partner network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience creating training materials, SOPs, operational manuals, or learning programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding programs simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to support partner onboarding and launch activities, if required.
