Role Overview

As a Partnership Business Development professional, your mission will be to build strategic alliances with companies that operate membership-based platforms.

We enable these companies to enhance user engagement and monetize their web presence, by offering our survey content on partner websites. In turn, we expand our survey respondents network, strengthen our product offering, and drive business growth. Our goal is to create win-win relationships for companies and consumers alike.

You will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of alliance and partnership expansion projects, ranging from new business development and strategic proposals to project execution and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute partnership development strategies.

Negotiate and finalize partnership terms, contract management, and view technical integration documents.

Oversee end-to-end partnership process, including services UX design, API support, budget control and tracking, and collaboration performance.

Propose tailored solutions to address partner challenges and business objectives to ensure high-value engagements.

Handle partner customer service inquiries to ensure a positive survey experience and engagement on partner websites.

Manage ongoing communication in a timely and professional manner.

Liaise with internal sales and project management teams closely to maximize partner capabilities.

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in growing client engagement and driving revenue.

Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills; adept at negotiating, presenting and collaborating across cultures and time zones.

Experience collaborating with global business model clients or partnership development.

Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace. Familiarity with analytics platforms is advantageous.

Analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with internal operation and technical teams.

Experience working with teams across the APAC region.

Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese required, additional languages are a plus.

Others:

Travel requirement: 12 trips per quarter

Daily office attendance is required [9:00 - 18:00 (1-hour break)]
