Key Responsibilities
Financial Institution Partnerships
- Identify, approach and onboard clients/partners inclusive of financial institutions and others
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Develop strategic partnership plans to maximize product offerings and engagement.
- Product Onboarding & Commercial Strategy
- Negotiate partnership terms, including referral fees, promotional campaigns, and digital integration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new businesses ensuring smooth digital onboarding and compliance.
- Source new partnership opportunities across Malaysian financial institutions, including Islamic banks and fintech innovators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Institution,fintech, banking.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian banking, insurance, and fintech landscape
- Great negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications are a plus.
