Job Description

Partnership Success Team Lead / Manager (Malaysia Market) – Hybrid | Kuala Lumpur

We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Partnership Success Team Lead / Manager to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals within the Forex, CFDs, Commodities, or Financial Services industry who are strong in partnership management, business development, and team leadership.

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur

  • USD 3,000 (For reference only; salary will be paid in MYR)

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partnership Success Specialists to drive strong performance and business growth.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure sales and operational targets are achieved.
  • Guide the team on sales strategies, negotiations, and partner relationship management.
  • Build a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Partnership Development & Sales

  • Develop and manage relationships with IBs, Affiliates, Asset Managers, Institutional/B2B clients, and White Label partners.
  • Strengthen partner engagement to improve retention and revenue growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Malaysia market.
  • Achieve and exceed both individual and team sales targets.

Market & Business Strategy

  • Stay updated on global financial markets and trading trends.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and business advantages.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to improve overall partner experience.
  • Support strategic planning and forecasting activities.

General Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences when required.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Prior experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs, or Financial Services industry is a must.
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of IBs, partners, or affiliates is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Malay (spoken & written).
