Job Description

SCOPE OF ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Support Executive to support the Regional Senior Partnership Manager in driving partnership initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong learning mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership & Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership campaigns.
  • Support campaign drafting, reviewing, and execution across platforms.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of partnership deliverables.

Deck & Proposal Enhancement

  • Support in preparing and enhancing presentation decks and proposals.
  • Ensure materials are clear, professional, and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Coordinate with external partners virtually to support campaign rollouts and operations.

Digital Platform & System Execution

  • Assist in digital platform setup for partnerships and campaigns.
  • Execute tasks within internal systems to support partnership operations.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate data records.
  • Generate reports and provide monthly insights on campaign performance.
  • Support data analysis to improve future partnership strategies.

Administrative Support

  • Handle documentation, coordination, and general administrative tasks related to partnerships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to quickly understand business needs and adapt accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
